Does strawberrychildren.co.uk sell authentic designerwear?
Strawberry Children is an authorised dealer for all of our designer brands. We only sell clothes from the current season from established children's designers. Each season the buyers hand pick the best pieces from the collections for you and your children to enjoy. Only when we add stock from a new season, will items from the last season go into a sale.
What size should I buy?
Each item will have a description box with a brief size guide stating how the brand usually fits. With most brands (unless stated) we advise to buy a size larger than your child’s age as many designers make clothes slightly smaller than average. For more information on how a specific item fits, call or email us and we will be able to assist further. If you place an order and the clothes do not fit you can post them back to us for a full refund or exchange.
What do you have in stock, can you order me any more sizes?
Every item and every size that we have in our store is on our website. With certain brands, we can place orders for items in a different size. However, this can only be done early in the season as orders usually have to be placed in bulk and towards the end of the season most stockists have usually sold out. We always ensure to do our upmost to find the perfect outfit for your child.
How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, select the size you want on the product view page and click add to bag. Then click on the checkout button and follow the instructions to enter your address and card details. Our website is tailor made to be easily navigated.
What payment methods are accepted by strawberrychildren.co.uk?
Accepted payment methods through SagePay are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Delta. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Do you ship overseas?
We do ship overseas. For orders placed in the EU delivery costs £15.00 and for Worldwide orders delivery costs £25. Please note that with most overseas orders we will require you to provide proof of your address for security purposes. We have used our current delivery service for numerous overseas orders and have found them to be very efficient.
Do you ship to Aramex house?
We do not ship to Aramex house and other similar addresses. If you place an order to this address, we will have to refund your order and request that you make another order using the address where your card is registered to. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
How will I know when my order has been accepted?
As soon as you place an order you will receive an email to let you know we’ve received the order. Once we have made security checks through SagePay or PayPal we will send another email to let you know that your order has been accepted and processed, this email will also have an estimated delivery time.
Why has my order been refunded?
Unfortunately, at the moment we are only able to ship items to the address that your card is registered to, so if you have used a different delivery address we have to refund your order. Orders may also be refunded if SagePay or PayPal indicate that the order may be fraudulent, to prevent this from happening please ensure all details are entered correctly.
When will I receive my order?
We are proud of our quick delivery service. If you place an order using express delivery you will receive your order in 1-2 working days and in 3-5 with standard delivery. For specific delivery information please email us and we can send you a tracking code when your parcel has been given to our delivery service.
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot order by phone, due to security restrictions. However, our site is specially designed to make buying online a quick and easy process.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a full refund or exchange on items that are retuned to us in 14 days, providing that the items are unworn and the tags are remaining.
Refunds will be made to your card as soon as we receive the goods and deem them to be in a suitable condition. We will send you an email as soon as we process the return. The refund should appear on your card in 5-10 working days.
If you require an exchange please call or email the shop to check that the size you require is in stock before posting the unworn items to us. Please indicate the size you require on the invoice included in your order. As soon as we receive the items we will process the exchange and post the alternative size to you using the same delivery method as your initial order.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
This is very unlikely as we only sell top quality designer brands. However, if you have an item that you consider to be faulty, please post it to us and we will try to help. If an item has been returned to us with what we deem to be fair wear and tear it will immediately be returned to the customer. We will only be able to accept an item as faulty if the goods have been shipped to the customer in a damaged condition or if there has been a manufacturing fault. We can repair faulty goods or send them to the manufacturer for their assistance.
Will all of my personal information be kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share your personal information without your consent. Shopping with strawberrychildren.co.uk is as safe and secure as we can make it and we ensure to complete security checks on every order. If we receive any orders that we see as suspicious, it will be refunded instantly and the customer will ne notified.
